The K2 Base Camp & Gondogoro La Trek is Pakistan’s most iconic high-altitude adventure, a 21-day journey deep into the heart of the Karakoram to the base of K2 (8,611m), the second-highest mountain in the world.
This route also crosses the dramatic Gondogoro La Pass (5,585m), providing one of the finest alpine panoramas on Earth.
The trek begins in the fertile valleys of Skardu, climbs along the Braldu River to the immense Baltoro Glacier, and reaches the legendary Concordia, the confluence of glaciers that offers unmatched views of four 8000m peaks: K2, Broad Peak, Gasherbrum I, and Gasherbrum II.
From Concordia, you’ll hike to K2 Base Camp and visit the solemn Gilkey Memorial, then traverse the glaciated Gondogoro La Pass, entering the lush Hushe Valley on the descent.
This is not just a trek, it’s an unforgettable passage through the throne room of mountain gods.
